Welding lines for the production of gratings made from cold or hot-rolled material with bearing bars either pulled off from coils or fed as pre-straightened, cut-to-length bars. The cross wires pulled off from spools or coils are twisted square, ribbed round or have a smooth surface.

The bearing bars and cross wire bars are fed and welded fully automatically and flexibly according to the grating geometry defined by the line’s control unit. Depending on the configuration of the line it is possible to produce either grating sheets or gratings produced to a given dimension
